Frank brings over 21 years of experience helping individuals and small businesses navigate tax preparation and planning with clarity, accuracy, and zero drama. He is licensed as a CPA in Florida and Oregon, and has worked as a Tax Manager at multiple respected mid-sized firms (including local area firms: Perkins & Company, Opsahl Dawson, and most recently ETA). Earlier in his career, he was involved in a demanding client environment at KPMG Partner Tax Services, where precision and responsiveness are non-negotiable. He’s also highly proficient in Oregon tax matters, and he’s known for delivering an impeccable work product under tight deadlines, while keeping communication straightforward and timely.
What clients tend to appreciate most about Frank is that he’s not just technically strong, he’s genuinely easy to work with. He communicates clearly, stays organized, and doesn’t make taxes feel mysterious or intimidating. Outside of work, Frank enjoys spending his time with his wife, Nicole, and their three children, which is part of why he values being practical, efficient, and respectful of people’s time. Whether it’s talking through a question by phone, flagging an issue before it becomes a problem, or simply making the process smoother, Frank combines credibility with a friendly, steady style that builds long-term trust.
Nicole Dituri
Nicole Dituri supports the tax preparation process and client coordination, helping to keep things moving, organized, and on time. That means faster follow-through, fewer bottlenecks, and a smoother experience during busy season. She has spent her career in customer service roles, and knows how to anticipate client needs, respond to them timely and accordingly, and correspond in a heartfelt and empathic manner. Her most important role, however, is being a loving mother to her and Frank’s three children who are all fast approaching their teenage years. Taking care of their three cats also demonstrates a lot of patience on her part!
Bradi Knight Gates – CPA
Bradi has been a CPA since 2001. She is currently licensed in Oregon but able to do work in all 50 states. She started BOK Accounting, LLC in 2007 and has over 27 years of experience in the tax and accounting industry with a focus on tax preparation and planning, consulting, and accounting. She holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma. She enjoys spending time with her family which includes her husband, two teenagers, a loyal Australian Shepherd, and two beloved tuxedo cats. She also loves to cook, travel, organize, volunteer, and spend time with friends. She is actively looking to expand her hobbies as empty-nesting approaches.
